Why we do not yet manufacture in Mongolia

This is one of the questions we hear most often, so here is a straight answer.

Building a factory in Mongolia straight away would require enormous investment: raw materials, production technology, tooling, and the training of specialists and staff. All of that cost flows directly into the price of the finished product, and each ger would become far more expensive.

So as a first step we own the intellectual property, the product design and the engineering ourselves, and have the manufacturing done where production costs are lowest and most practical. That is what lets us deliver a quality product at a more reasonable price.

Our longer-term goal is unchanged: to build our own factory in Mongolia and develop domestic production. We are working towards it step by step.
