What the turnkey handover includes
Full assembly, doors, windows and roof ring, ventilation, electrical work and lighting — all included in the price.
We hand over a Smart Eco Ger ready to live in. The price covers all of the following:
- Complete assembly of the ger
- Fitting of doors, windows and the roof ring
- Installation of the ventilation system
- Electrical installation
- Interior and exterior lighting
Available at extra cost
Interior finishing is left to you, so you can choose your own layout, materials and interior style. We will build the foundation and terrace on request, at genuine market rates.
The heating system is not included in the price — you are free to choose the solution that suits your needs.
